The user can select the types of components which are to be included into the glasses. The glasses should not contain any other types of components. In some cases the table selected in the course of the corresponding search procedure may also contain glasses with components of other types. During the search all tables containing at least one glass belonging to the chosen system are selected. The absence of checkmarks in the Systems checkboxes means the absence of any selection by this particular item.
The Mol%/Wt% option buttons enable one to select the percentage for the glass compositions in the query and in the resulting list of tables.
The combo box in the lower left corner of the dialog box contains a specific list of system types with regard to the number of components: one-component (One-comp.), binary (Binary), ternary (Ternary), multicomponent (Complex) glasses. All types means the absence of any selection by this particular item.
Use the Ignore impurities checkbox to neglect components with small content (less than 0.3 mol. %) in defining the number of components in the system of interest.
